In coming months, I’ll be conducting a four-week wine course at the brilliant little restaurant, Maris, at the bottom of Glenferrie Road in Malvern.
The restaurant is a stone’s throw from Malvern station and the 64 tram, and is right on the 16 tram route, so it’s dead easy to get to.
The cost is $250 for four two-hour weeknight sessions, including all wine, some good things to nibble on and a copy of one of my books - Red and White, or Sniff Swirl and Slurp.
